Classes

Yoga

Thoughtfully themed Yoga classes, designed to guide students through a holistic experience that weaves together dynamic movement, conscious breathwork, meditation and grounding touch—creating space for both energy and stillness. Perfect for all levels, offering modifications and hands-on adjustments for optimal alignment.

Power Pilates

A full-body workout incorporating Pilates principles and moves, barre ballet and strength training. Core-focused with small, precise movements to tone and strengthen. Expect an energizing class with fun music, tailored to all fitness levels.

Meditation and Relaxation

Deeply nurturing classes designed to gently guide you out of your mind and into your body. Combining somatic movement, breathwork techniques, guided visualisation and hands-on grounding with aromatherapy oils, this experience offers profound relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
